It uses activity data available to the app in Bitrix24: calls, supported CRM changes, CRM email and SMS activities, and accessible chat activity. You choose which supported signals reset the idle timer. Chat coverage depends on the installing user’s access; the app does not monitor every private conversation.
Monitoring and notifications follow the timezone, working days and hours you configure. You can exclude specific holidays manually. There is also a Bitrix24 company-calendar option; use manual dates when you need an exact holiday schedule.
A Bitrix24 portal administrator installs the application. Access is limited to administrators by default, and additional users can be allowed in App Access. Administrators manage which employees are monitored.
