Website privacy & cookies

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains how EMCsoft handles information when you visit the Agent Pulse marketing website or contact us using its request form. It covers this website and its enquiries. Data processed by the Agent Pulse application inside a Bitrix24 portal is outside the scope of this website notice.

Who we are

The website is operated by UAB EMCsoft, Zhirmunu str. 57-50, 09110 Vilnius, Lithuania. Company code: 305705679. For enquiries about your information, contact info@emcsoft.io.

Information we handle

When you send an enquiry, the Bitrix24 form asks for your first name, last name, phone number, email address and country. We use the information you provide to respond to your request and discuss installation or services. The form displays its own personal-data consent before submission.

Loading the form connects your browser to EMCsoft’s CRM at crm.emcsoft.io and the resources used by its form provider. Those services receive technical information needed to deliver the form, such as your IP address, browser information and the origin of the page. The website’s hosting infrastructure also receives technical connection information when serving pages.

The activity previews and pricing calculator run locally in your browser. They do not access your Bitrix24 portal, and the employee count entered in the calculator is not sent to our CRM.

Purposes and service providers

We process enquiries to answer you and, where relevant, take steps at your request before providing a service. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Technical connection information supports delivery and security of the website.

Enquiry information is submitted directly to EMCsoft’s Bitrix24 CRM. Website hosting and CRM service providers process information needed to operate those services. The landing-page server does not receive or store the form’s submission fields. Processing locations depend on the hosting and CRM services in use; for information about the handling of your request, contact us.

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us about retention or request deletion using the contact details below.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses a privacy preference stored in your browser and offers an optional external request form. No separate analytics, session-replay or advertising tools are installed on this landing page.

Essential privacy preference

agent_pulse_privacy_v1 is a localStorage entry on this website’s domain. It records whether you allow the external form, the preference version and the date of your choice. The website honours it for 180 days, then asks again. localStorage does not remove expired entries automatically; you can clear it through your browser settings at any time. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page.

Optional Bitrix24 form

The request form does not load when you visit this website. Selecting “Send Request Now!” directly requests and loads the Bitrix24 form for the current page, without a second confirmation. This action does not change your saved cookie preference. Allowing the form in Cookie settings does not load it by itself.

The provider may use cookies or browser storage for form functionality and visitor identification. Provider storage names and lifetimes are controlled by the form service and can change. Selecting “Essential only” removes the embedded form and stops its running scripts on this page. You can reopen it by selecting “Send Request Now!” again. It does not delete an enquiry already submitted or guarantee deletion of storage already set by the provider; use your browser’s site-data controls to remove that storage.

Your choices and rights

You can choose “Essential only”, allow the external form, or change your choice at any time using . Closing the notice without choosing does not load the form. You can still explicitly open it using “Send Request Now!”. If you prefer not to load it, email info@emcsoft.io.

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, request erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal. You may also contact your local data protection supervisory authority.

Your saved cookie preference remains unchanged when you explicitly open the form. To withdraw personal-data consent or discuss an enquiry already sent, contact EMCsoft directly.
